They don’t want to pay deposit back

I moved out on the 30 of June and I was promised that I will get my deposit within a week, I went to zelri Properties to make a follow up on the issue of the deposit and then a male by the name of sello promised me that I would get within days. It’s been a month now and I have not gotten any feedback or deposit money from them. Please hello peter help me get the deposit back cause I need the money to move to a new place
