To be completely honest, I am not pleased with the service I received from them. But because of Riaan, I am giving them this rating.

This guy goes above and beyond for customers. He understands what customer service is. He made sure I was assisted from the beginning to the end. Covered his team's incompetencies by making sure all the queries were resolved and the customer is happy.

Thank you for your kindness, effort and all the help Riaan. You really do keep Zelri running. I don't think it would be where it is if it wasn't for you. Alot of people sang your praises while queing at Grand Central Towers.
