Terrible Services - Zelri Properties

I would like to send a complain about Zelri Properties,was dealing with Bee Mokonyane in charge of rental property in Elandsrock Alberton. **************** clearly exists,was looking for a rental apartment in September was then told to deposit R200 for admin charges & securing the place but would only move in October when I'm able to pay full amount of rental & deposit (which should amount to R4950 for deposit & R4950 for 1st months rental) Lo Behold ...October I receive a ridiculous approval letter of the following charges to finalize moving in :

*Deposit R9900 *Key Deposit R200 *Rental R4950 *Lease Fees R1200 *Refuse R182 *Sewerage R250

Total due before occupation R16 682

*Firstly seems to me like they charging me for September rental even though I haven't occupied the place *Secondly why are they charging me for Refuse & Sewage even though I have't used it? This is proof that they charging me for September even though I haven't occupied it. *Thirdly why am i paying such a heavy amount of the lease fee?I'm paying them to create a contract (which is their company costs)

After numerous attempts in trying to get Bee to explain such ridiculous amounts I've received no feedback,even had to get my lawyer involved.

The matter is yet to be settled but this is the WORST property company I've ever dealt with,would advise people to stay away!
