Terrible Service - Zelri Properties

I cannot believe the service I have received since I moved in, I received a letter of demand within my first month because of an error on Zelri Properties accounts department side which they rectified after me calling them. I then had issue to purchase Electricity because there was an arrears amount outstanding which Zelri did not pay, After phoning and complaining to them they rectified it and called me to I was seeing things and there was no arrears amount of R 4832.00. I had many maintenance's issues where things took a week or up to a month to fix. Had to renew my lease at the end of October and still have not received a copy of lease and it is now the end of November.

Zelri Properties is quick to issue letter's of demands, increase's letters, quick to debit the money from your account for rent, But slow to in their service delivery.

The people are not friendly at all when you speak to them, their is no urgency on their side at all.
