Social Housing,Zelri Properties unprofessionalism

Its been 3 months under the management of Zelri Properties @ GNI Social Housing;Unity House Jeppetown,but we are disappointed at the Landlord and The department of Social Housing because when you raise concerns we are threatened about white people...threatening people about white people in 2024 and in a Social Housing,so you can't ask about extra charges in your statement,the deposit not showing on the statement,the wording on Zelri LOD that is not what is on the Lease agreement you signed when you ask for the copy you do not get a clear answer.When you have done an arrangement supported with relevent docs partially payment done but still get threats of lock outs in a Social Housing Unit.
