Security deposity not paid back

I am so sick of the lying, conniving and obfuscating by this lady Debby-Lee Bean of Zelri Properties. Her conduct is unbecoming and borders on ********ity. I vacated the flat (unit 113A) I was renting in Urban Ridge East on the 28th of November 2015 and was informed I will receive my security deposit (R6200) within 21 days. Not a penny has been paid back. It is so difficult to get hold her it's sickening. If they don't make you hold on the phone till you run out of airtime, they tell you she is out of the office for lunch, or bathroom, or elsewhere but she is always away. And this conniving happens all the time! No amount of snitching is going to discourage me, I will get my money back come hell or high water!
