******! in may last year my documents were given to zelri to acquire accommodation in one of the complexes. I started getting bills from Zelri saying I should pay for rental. I informed Zelri that I am not staying in that unit, of which they told me to go and evict the tenants myself. I requested the lease agreement and they sent it. on the lease my details are there but not my signature. they attached some email sent from somewhere in the world purpoting to be me sending my husband permission to sign on my behalf. I refuted the info and they informed me that the lease will expire this may 2019. In july 2019 I receive more invoices from them and when I ask about who renewed the lease, these ****** are telling me that I renewed the lease!!!! I am now seeking to report them to the housing rental tribunal and when I requested the lease agreement and the renewal they are refusing to give me. kindly be wary of this group. they are ******** of note

your email address is blocked out on the replies but you can get the info from Alicia and Inge and Nicole. I would be very happy if you can get the renewal so that I can give the housing tribunal all the paperwork at one go to avoid unnecessary delays. they say their cases take about three weeks to resolve and they never check their emails but are quiet quick with walk in complaints. hence my request that all paperwork be present when I go back to them. Regards
