Refusing to refund me

I moved out on the 17th of May and I did the inspection. I have been waiting for my deposit. The lease that I signed said I will get the deposit after 7 days, it’s now close to a month, I was told to send an email to Lizelle of which I did but she never bothered to email me back, I don’t know how many emails I sent to her, I spoke with Amelia last week and she kept on saying she will come back to she doesn’t find my inspection form, that’s how *********** their staff is, I asked the care taker Andrew to do another one and send it to them, now I am trying to get hold of them since last week I am told they are in a meeting they will call me back, but no one calls me back, I was then told to speak to Sello, still I Sello is always busy if not in a meeting or speaking with the manager.
