Refund requested

Debbie and Lizelle of Zelri Properties are the worst ever. Ive cancelled a flat and waiting for a refund. Constant calls and emails to these two have been unanswered and I have had no refund whatsoever as promised. They dont respond to any queries nor man up to their empty promises.
