Refund For Rental Deposit

I moved out of the apartment I was renting on the 1st of May 2024. The agancy is Zelri Properties and the apartment was in Farefield Place Complex, Unit 107 , Cape Town.

I waited for over 2 months to get a response about my refund for the deposit that was paid. They did not respond to any of my emails , I had to call in at all times until I was told that my refund will not be the full amount based on the maintenance that needs to be done.

I only received the invoice on the 3rd of July after many attempts of sending emails with no response nor communication of what is going on .

Until this day , I have not received my refund and they are not picking my calls.

Madeilene Du Toit is not responding to my emails as I am waititng for my refund.
