REFUND!!!!!!!
We moved out on the 28th on February and the gentleman who had assisted with the exit inspection eventually took the time to hear the side of our story after we were evicted. He vowed that he will make sure we get our refund on time. Till do date Zelri properties has not given feed. I have sent numerous emails to Lizelle who is always in a meeting whenever I call and cannot respond to any of my emails. It's makes we wonder if they won't be fabricatiing any damages to the unit because I had the odesity to still respect them and left their unit in an presentable condition. I honestly thought moving out of their premises whould be the last time I had to deal with Zelri but surely they like my attention so much nobody has answers regarding our refund. It all makes sense why their staff is so *********** and lazy to think. It all comes from the top. Lizelle Blignaut since you are unable to press a simple button from your pc and respond to my emails or get back to me, hopefully this platform will do for you. To cut a very long story short give me the feedback and refund our money so I can gladly put yal to my past. You are a bunch of bullies, I hope one day someone with all the powers takes you on someday!

Thank you for your email. Just to correct a few things:
* I have been in meetings since Wednesday last week hence I only got to reply to my mails today. I processed your refund last night & requested banking details,
* You were not evicted. We gave you notice due to bad behaviour and aggressive behavior by yourself & your husband. You guys threatened our staff & even the day I took the courtesy to give you a call after you guys moved over from your previous unit into Samuel 13, you shouted at me & put the phone down in my ear.
The refund was processed today & the payment will be done tomorrow.
Should you need any further information, you are welcome to email me. Please note that the turn around time on my replies are between 48 & 72 hours due to high volumes and meetings I attend. You are welcome to speak to my assistant - Shane Rossouw, should you not get hold of me.

13 Mar 2019, 18:43Are you starting this whole thing all over again? Isn't it that we moved out, really now? Lizelle the letter I got stated notice to evict, so what's the difference? Probably I don't understand English. When you refer to noise levels as well as myself and hubby being aggressive are you referring to the security guard that everyone has a problem with and are afraid to stand up to because he is Victor, s puppet? This is a he said she said situation I would have really appreciated it if you got your facts straight prior to mentioning this as it's irrelevant to this post, you should have taken the time to respond to my post which was posted here on hello Peter because this is irrelevant to the refund due. With regards to dropping the phone on you I think I did mention this, you are a manager at Zelri and I'm not your minor to talk to anyhow you wanted hence I hanged up, I can refresh your memory with sending you the call because it was recorded but than still this is irrelevant to what I posted about. You mentioned noise levels I have a new born baby who was 4 months at the time so the noise levels you are referring to was coming from a vehicle which did not belong to me neither my husband just because my husband was there yal concluded it was him just cause we had an altercation with your precious staff member from the day we moved in. How can the refund be processed already if I only rep**** with my banking details this morning? What you saying does not add up but oh well I don't think it would be necessary for me to call you or your P. A if you did your job correctly this time!
