Poor service delivery

I don't even know where to begin when coming to the poor service delivery that zelri is putting us through. We moved into their Akasia place complex and wow.. The worst place I've ever stayed in my life. Since June our geyser was not working till date. We sent several emails, people would be tagged onto the emails and no further communication. When we call we are told the person. Who should assist us is either in a meeting or went out for lunch. At some point we went to their offices.. Lord knows, we even left with no help. People should stay away if they value their peace
