Poor service

Good day

I am so livid by Zelriprop I moved out from their premises end October, now that I want my deposit refund they taking me from pillar to post. Their new story is they only make payments only Wednesdays what kind of nonsense is that. Worse part is I sent my banking details on the 29th of November and then I sent them my banking details again yesterday. This people don't take their tentants seriously yet when they want their rent money they want it without any stories. I am so ****ed I keep on calling these people everyday as if I'm asking them for their money yet its within my right to get my refund back.
