POOR SERVICE

I am appalled at the level of service I have received from Zelri Properties, namely with Beverly the agent who is dealing with my application. I sent an application for rental at The Paddocks, 2 weeks ago. The level of service was atrocious to say the least. I was asked to pay R200 so they could run credit checks, I still have no idea what the status of my application is. I have to constantly run after these people. The lady who is dealing with my application is *********** and rude, has absolutely no regard for the customer. It is such a pity because The Paddocks is a sought after complex, but if one has to deal with such people in order find a place there, I might as well look elsewhere. Such service unacceptable!
