Poor Management, deposit ******s

Zelri properties is the worst Property Management company i’ve ever come accross in my whole life, they don’t manage their properties and as a tenant once you move they will blame you for stuff that they have been failing to maintain. I stayed in Annlin and never broke anything nor drilled the walls or messed the place but when i live i never got a deposit. When i first moved in rhere nobody made inspection,their care takers moved every 6-12 months there was a new care taker🫣🚩🚩🚩They placed me in a flat they knew very well that the previous tenant could’not take care of, the person even owed rent and then i was liable for the previous damages. If you want to rent with this tsotsis i suggest you have good Lawyers bcoz they really think people are fools. I would never recommend👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
