Poor, appaling service from Zelri Properties

Poor , appalling and *********** service. This explains why they are losing so many tenants each and every month. that complex is practically empty (Fairwayview). I have been taken from pillar to post about my deposit refund. everything was done right and on time. I was assured to receive my money back with in a week..it has been two weeks now. I have been calling the office all day , everyday, being transferred to 4 different people at a time.. so much that they even know who I am. Lizelle, melia , Alicia have proven not to be professional about this. poor reception ladies are put out there to take our **** while they hide behind meetings and lunch breaks. its sad how we have to opt for such platform's before we can get any joy from our service providers. No feedback what so ever. I hope this gives them a wake up and honor their promises.
