Poor administration and Assistance

I am so disappointed with their admin and application process, I was approved for mogale junction units and I paid and I sent everything they required for the application ,and still no lease and no help while others with the same problem they got helped.why don't they treat clients the same ???? Poor very poor even now i am not yet assisted.They should hire qualified and relevent people to do admin and assist people fairly and equally.i am stranded and don't have a place to stay now because of poor service they give,while I paid on time.
