Overdue deposit refund

I was a tenant in Fasser House***ned by Zelri Properties) from 2009 and moved out end of January 2015. Since I served notice late I had to pay February rent plus 10% increase which I did. Necessary maintenance done and all in order. I was told that the deposit will be paid back within seven days but to date no refund was made. I called and send emails to enquire but Nelly gives me different answers and makes promises which she never keeps.
