One star because there's no option for zero stars!!!

My experience has been that Zelri Properties has absolutely no interest in any form of service delivery

The manner in which they disregard clients and have a don't care attitude is just appauling. I moved out of the unit 109 Villa Mia, Rynfield end of November 2019, unit was left clean and keys handed over, to this day I am still yet to receive my deposit back. Emails are left unanswered, each time I call their office I'm told refunds department as well as managers are in a meeting and that I will get a call back. Why am I not surprised that no one phones back. Dreadful service is what you will receive when dealing with Zelri Properties.

I cannot recommend anyone to ever do any sort of business with this company.
