No electricity

Im renting a flat in JHB South under Zelri agencies, we have no electricity since Monday no explanation was given to us as tenants, today I phoned the agency's office , spoke to Zandile about the matter she told me Im not the only 1 affected, I told her I speaking for myself since I a good payer, around 4pm I phoned home to check if electricity is back, they told me still no lights, I phoned Zandile again I told her that they owe city power that is why they can't get the lights on for us, where as in the morning she told me she calls on city power every hour, food is rotten in the fridge, they good at blocking tenants on the 1st of every month but they failing to give tenants a better stay. Im so angry with Zandiles lies as she told me that they had paid 20 something thousands she scan the proof to me, I told her I don't want proof I want electricity back, and she said some guy fixing the matter n I know she is still lying to me.
