No deposit payback
It's been 2 years since I moved out of one of their apartments @ Fairwayview Springs. They've never paid me back my deposit. They told me there were damages which they wouldn't elaborate on. And their rates are ridiculous.
Horrible service from the company

31 Dec 2020, 13:56Checked the account now. There was an invoice for repairs done to the amount of R4627-60 & arrears on our account of R183-09. Thus there is no amount to be refunded.
