no customer service/bad experience

I really dont know if this is a **** or what is really happening? i might be force to involve the police. I have paid R8604 for deposit and rent. i am forever driving to mogale junction to try resolve the issue and sign the lease. all i am getting is being sent from pillar to post. i have also been calling *** and my calls are being ignored. i have been in contact with the following people: reginald, zanele, grashwin, chantel, and a whole lot of people. all i want is to sign the lease as per approval and if not possible they need to let me know, then just refund me? i have used my petrol and my phone bill trying to get help from Zelri. application number: 2309 ..unit G241
