My Deposit Money

Hello Peter,<br> <br> Would you please help me with getting my flat deposit money back, i was renting a flat from Zelri Properties from may (2015) to oct (2015), so i've put a notice informing the landlord that on the 30th of Oct i will be moving out. the caretaker come to the unit and do the inspection, then i signed all the documents with him. also asked him that when will i get the deposit, he said to me that i will get it on the 03rd of Nov. then i waited till i send a mail to the head office where Debby rep**** to me saying that i will be refund from the 09th Nov but still even today. i've send a mail again asking when will i get the deposit, then i was told that it will take 21 days to be paid. i've have all the conversations with Debby through e-mails which will be my proof. all what i'm asking is your help to resolve this issue because i send them a e-mail but told that she is going to reply back to me on monday.
