Most terrible services

I am absolutely disgusted by the poor service that I have been receiving from Zelri properties. I am told a unit is available immediately and that if i send all the required documents and proof of payment for credit checks on time it will take 2 days for my application to be finalized, then when I apply for thus unit, the lady who's suppose to help me is ignoring my emails and has the nerve to tell me that I call for her too many times and that she's not always sitting looking at her emails. This is the fourth day now and I have heard nothing from her. Am I less of a client than any other client trying to get an apartment? Zelri properties employees need to go for training on how to be professional!!!
