Mogale Junction Zelri Properties regarding refund

Good day am facing a problem with Zelri Properties. Since last year 2024 i app**** for a unit on second week of October 2024 and got approved on the 18th Octomber.They called to say i must come to their market day on the 19 next day,i got there and they said i must pay deposit to secure the unit was i paid R1500 on the day and paid the remainingR 2775 on 25th October and went to sign my lease on the 4th of November.while on process of that i decided to cancel the lease write away my Agent Stella andvise me to write a letter of cancelation and email it stating why am canceling the lease but that did not help hence she gave me a wrong email account to write a letter to. i have been calling zelri offices still know help regarding my refund and Louis the lady that Stella took my lease form to after i told her am canceling the lease ,she told me that it is not my concern that Stella continued with the process of lease without my concern it was up to Stella to decide on that,when i text Stella and asked her on how did she proceed with the lease after we both agreed that am know longer interested on staying to Mogale Junction and she couldn't even answer to my whatsapp text till today,of which she was busy claiming she will guide me accordingly with my refund and she failed to do so.
