Messed up service
This is the ****iest agency I have ever come across. I recently renewed my Lease at wonderpark estate 1406. I have been staying there since 2016, never skipped rent or made a late payment. The lease agreement states that It will commence on 26 October 2019 and was advised to make an EFT transfer for the month of September. To my surprise I made the payment via EFT and they debited as well for the same month, had to reverse the transaction now I am receiving messages that my credit record is adversely affected. The even increased my rent deposit without my knowledge or consent.

I am sure this was a pure misunderstanding. If you signed a new lease, a debit order would have been attached & this might be the reason they deducted the rental as well. The rental increases annually as per the signed lease & this includes the deposit.
