Leaking Roof for two months

On the 15th October I sent the following report to Zelri Properties:<br> <br> Yesterday (14th October) night at about 8:00pm I heard water leaks from the Unit's Bathroom (I believe leaks is form flat upstairs or piping in the slabs). I witnessed water drips through concrete slabs and against the wall. There's water rings and marks on the walls. The was water drips running down the wall on the outside as well.<br> <br> Zelri sent out a person 3 days after we reported. They witnessed that water leak on our flat is due to leaking bath tub on the flat above ours. They promised that they will replace the tub on the flat above us. Even todate that hasn't been resolved. Walls are always wet and mould has formed. Part of their repair will include paint.<br> <br> We still see no sign from Zelri Properties<br> <br> On the 19th of November I called Zelri and Portia picked up the phone and put me through Zandile Mathe. I called her 5 minutes later on and I was told that she's not in today. Funny enough I spoke to her 5 minutes ago. Portia kept giggling on the phone I don't know what was funny. They promised again to send someone for repairs.
