I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessional service I’ve received from Zelri Properties. I app**** for a flat in their Grand Central Towers last year, paid the application fee, and submitted all the required documents as instructed. Since then, I’ve made countless follow-ups, only to be ignored or told to wait. Every time I called, I was promised someone would get back to me, but nothing ever happened.

Now, after a whole year of waiting and following up, I’m being told my application is no longer valid. How is that even possible? The flats are occupied, and I’ve been left in the dark for an entire year with no updates. This treatment is beyond unprofessional—it feels like I’ve been completely ****med.

I have no idea why I wasn’t given any responses or updates for such a long period, and I can’t help but wonder if there’s some kind of *******ion or bribes happening behind the scenes. Why would I have to chase them for a response for an entire year?

I demand immediate action on my application. I expect an official response and an explanation for this unacceptable delay. Zelri Properties needs to address this situation urgently, as I’ve been more than patient and deserve a proper resolution. This is no longer just about an application—this is about trust and accountability.
