Inconsiderate people and poor service delivery

Worst company i have ever had to deal with. We have moved in at Basson Park - Woodwind estate 2 weeks ago but already we want to move out. We are not enjoying our stay at all. We moved in on the 1st already on the 2nd we had issues. We reported a leaking pipes under the zinc that is smelly, now the whole kitchen is smelling like a decomposed animal, and also reported low pressure of water at the bathroom meaning when we go to work we have to run the bath 2 hours before which at 2.30am or 3am for us. To this day nothing fixed, they are not answering their emails or calls. When we ask assistance from the caretaker and agent we are told to send an email their maintenance office. So basically they dont care, very inconsiderate as soon as they receive money you are nothing to them
