*********** GREEDY ********. I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK PLEASE!

Im apalled at the service and the staff members of zelri. Firstly the agent (Casper) I got knew nothing, he told me that I can't view the apartment because that's not how they work and if I want to view I should make my own means of viewing the apartment, which I did make my own arrangements to view. A week before when I was to move in, i called him to make sure that my lease is prepared and that everything is ready, including repairs being done and during that call Casper told me that everything has been sorted, then I questioned this policy of not allowing tenants to view before moving and he referred me to Chantal and then she said there's no such, I was supposed to view the place, Casper had to make means for me to be able to view and they can't allow me to move in without viewing and the place hasn't been cleaned,painted nor repaired(keep in mind I've paid everything I needed to pay) I told Chantal that I had already paid the movers for that set date there's no way I can change it and I need to be at school and work on that Tuesday, we came to an agreement that I'll move in then repairs and painting will be done once I've moved in, they'll communicate dates with me. The day i moved in the previous tenants came to the apartment and thats when their moving out inspection was done, right there infront of me and the tenants had moved out a week ago, after their inspection was done it was time to do my inspection before they could let me in with my furniture. Which they never did, 3 days after moving in I was woken up by 3 men claiming they are here to paint and do repairs, i went to the caretaker to confirm as I would not let 3strangers into my apartment. The repairs weren't complete and when I called the office to ask when they'd come back to finifhs up I was told they'd call me back. I finally decided to move out because zelri's incompetence. On the day of me moving out, the caretaker told me that he hasnt received an inspection form, so that he can conduct the inspection and i could leave, i ended up leaving because i was going to another province and lockdown restrictions were tight at that time. 2 months later I still have not received my deposit back. When i called I was told that my name doesn't appear anywhere instead the previous tenants name is the one appearing meaning the whole time I've lived there it was actually under the previous tenants name, I got that sorted but I still have not received my money and to be quite honest I'm tired of having to beg zelri for my own money, my calls are being cut or I'll be left on hold or told that Madeleine will call me back, I've been waiting for her call for 2 weeks no. Zelri please pay me back my money IN FULL as I can't be charged for anything since the apartment is as I found it(I even have pictures and videos of my own) the only thing that was done was the painting and thats because the previous tenants left the walls dirty it was even written on their inspection report, on my report it was stated that the walls were clean and everything was the way I found it from the peeling wooden stove base to the stickers behind doors. I just want my money back please, I really don't want to take it up further, just pay me back my deposit and thats the end of it.
