Incompetency

I don’t know how an office can be full of *********** people, from the receptionist to the agents. If you guys can’t do your own jobs leave the offices a lot of people who are competent can be employed there. How hard is it to answer a phone, how hard is it to approve people, we use airtime to call and you’ll hold on for the whole 20 minutes . Got approved last year for Kempton Towers, was told there are no units available, but the whole building is 50% empty. This is not on guys. Work on yourselves. Yoooh
