I’m utterly disappointed at how the staff can be inhuman

I’m greatly disappointed at the credit control department. I have been staying at Park Crescent for 3 years now-I had a bad month and couldn’t make my rent at all, I asked to make an arrangement to pay my rent for November together with December’s rent but I was told to make 50% of the rent.

I couldn’t but only managed to raise R1500. I told them that I can’t raise the money and I was told unless I pay the R300 my meter remains blocked. I had to spend money I didn’t have already in order to have my meter connected again after I had already exhausted my options on getting the R1500 to begin with.
