I recently ended my lease with Zelri Properties after renting from them for a year

I recently ended my lease with Zelri Properties after renting from them for a year. According to the lease agreement and the Rental Housing Act, my deposit should have been refunded within the required timeframe after the final inspection. It has now been over a month since I moved out, and despite repeated emails and phone calls, I have not received my refund. Each time I call the office, I am told to send emails, but my messages remain unanswered. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A tenant’s deposit is not meant to be withheld indefinitely, and the ongoing lack of communication only adds to my frustration. I urge Zelri Properties to take immediate action to process and pay out my deposit without any further delay, and to improve their communication with former tenants.
