Horrible Service at Zerli Properties, Sunnyside

I've been sent from pillar to post by Madeleine at this company situated at 581 Justice Mohamed Street, Sunnyside, Pretoria. Since January 2020 they don't want to pay back my deposit. I moved out of the apartment end of November 2019, till today I still don't have my deposit. Now I've been waiting for more than 30minutes at the reception.
