********** service and rude staff ????

Zelri has the absolute worst customer service than any other company I've encountered. I have been waiting to sign my lease for the past 2 hours even though I had called in 2 days prior to make them aware I would be coming.. Their employees just walk past you and don't even greet, let alone offer assistance.. Their letting agent Portia is so rude, I don't know why she's in a field that requires her to work with people. They need training on customer service and to learn to be efficient.
