Frustrated ex tenant /refund

I sent my notice end of August for end of September and in a week I already received feedback regarding what is required to move out, I did all that was required and was advised that within 21 working days I will get my refund this is after I had to follow up after I did my exist,I was told about how they will charge fumigation which was not required however let it happen because I just wanted the rest of my deposit,I still had to follow up regarding the fumigation and when to expect payment,to date no one has come back to me,Promise has promised to call who deals with refunds and still has not called back,Medailane assistant to manager Riaan has not called back Riaan manager has not come back to me as well as Lizelle,When you call Andiswa the receptionist will tell you they not in the office ,I don't know how else to get my refund,Please pay back my money Zelhri
