False Promises

I am renting an apartment with Zelri in Annlin and it's been a complete nightmare. Firstly the flat was never cleaned, some doors did not lock, wall plugs not working. And many more issues which were noted during move in inspection to get attention. None of this has been taken care of and their maintenance offices always claims to be sending someone for repairs and it comes up to no issues resolved. Recently had a problem with my Geyser leaking and literally been boiling water for washing for almost a month and that hasn't been fixed. Before signing a lease with them ensure that everything works properly coz when I had to sign I was super desperate for shelter and the agent's word was the flat is in good condition which proved to be utter lies. Now I'm stuck with sending emails day and night with the hope that I can live off the convince they promised for the amount I pay as rent, which has never been late!!!! IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE AND, REFUSE TO SIGN UNTIL YOU'VE GONE THROUGH THE CHECKLIST TO CONFIRM EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE BECAUSE YOU'LL BE ********** YOUR RENT MONEY. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I'M STUCK.
