FAILURE TO REPAY MY DEPOSIT

I lived in Summerfields Estate in a block of flats managed by Zelri Properties ( Willow Brook), I moved out at the end of October 2015 and was assured that my deposit will be paid back on after 14 working days, this was later changed to 21 days, it has now been over a month and I have been sent back and forth and the lady who I have been liaising with by the name of Debby has given me unbelievably rotten attitude and has failed dismally to excuse her duties, she has constantly spoken to me in a very condescending manner.<br> <br> I advise every single person out there not to take any rental agreements with this company, I have lived within their premises for over 3 years and they treated me with enormous disdain and disrespect for demanding what is rightfully mine.
