DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!

This honestly has to be the worst managing agent I have ever dealt with. Their service is atrocious! Rented at one for their units for 18 months. None of the complaints were ever resolved such as solar panels not working, mould in the rooms and bathrooms (it was actually making us sick) and then finally they are stalling on refunding the deposit. I have sent numerous emails and made calls every week but I am ignored. Reading reviews on social media, it is evident that this is a normal occurrence for them. If you are ever terminating a lease agreement with them, I strongly suggest that you do not pay the last month's rent as you may never get back your deposit
