Disrespect by securities

Zelri is not doing anything about the service we are getting from the Tlc security company people that are working by the gate who are supposed to be protecting us but doing nothing but making our lives difficult. As a women i have encountered two unpleasant services by the gate from the TLC company in Phase 1 and all the say is that they got the instructions from the management in which it was never communicated with the residents. First I was denied access after 10pm because i was accompanied by someone due to safety since the was a lady who once complained that he was followed by a man to her house midnight and the are numerous complaints about that same man . Today I was denied access again telling me about access code in which it is never used and the app hardly works And last week I was let in during the same time by delivery ,same security different people.The securities in Phase 1 are very rude and one stated that I’m taking chances when I was complaining and they hide themselves with Musks.
