Dismal maintenance

<p> </p> <p>I have been staying at Hamsley Place for the past 2 and a half years now, and moved to a different place within Hamsley Place on the 28th of February.</p> <p>When I moved into this flat I was assured that the flat was going to be restored, as the flat was in huge disrepair. It was roach infested, there are only 2 plates working, on the stove, plugs aren't working, cupboards are rusted, sink marble is broken, and a whole lot of other issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now it's close on 5 months without any word from theirr guys, after countless emails from me, and yet they expect me to pay the full rent every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I have been patient with thierr non responses, and their I don't care attitude. The amount of unprofessionalism that I have encountered from this company is mind boggling.</p> <p> </p> <p>I believe this is a breach of contract from thier side, and I know for a fact, that they charge deposit to fix the flats once the previous tenant has moved out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Obviously they don't give a **** about the people that stay in one of their residences. </p> <p> </p>
