DISGUSTING SERVICE and NO SENSE OF URGENCY!

No matter how impressed you are, please DO NOT lease from Zelri Properties. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever! I had to wait close to a month after reporting a small issue regarding my shower head. The gates at one of the complexes they run will not work for weeks at a time which poses a huge security risk for residents. I finally moved out in October 2024, but till this day they have NOT REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT. What a shame! Yet they are the first to cut tenants water or electricity connection if payment is late. DISGUSTING SERVICE!
