despicable service from Zelri Properties

Grand Central Towers Midrand administer by Zelri Properties. What a horrible and ********** service, it is so despicable , I loaded my application in Feb 2024, Paid R200 Admin fee and submitted all required documents. No reply even today, I tired to reach them in all their online platforms either Telephone, Email, Facebook and etc. Not even 1 person to answer our calls. Im also taking them further to relevant entities for *****ing people R200 admin fees and not give them service. POOR POOR SERVICE!!! I rate them 1 out of 10
