Deposit Refund runarounds

I’ve moved out of one of the properties, Exodus on 28/02/2021. On the 16th of March 2021,I sent an email as a “reminder” for them to work on my refund. Eumarie Snijders rep**** and said it takes up to 21 working days.Fast Forward, it’s been exactly 32 days waiting for my refund. Everyday Eumarie has a story to tell. Please I want my deposit. I have never skipped a month without paying them. They are so quick to debit our money but will give you hell when you have to claim what’s yours. They sent me an incorrect invoice, then I told them it was incorrect, that’s when Eumarie Snijders sent the correct one, I emailed her my banking details. She’s been sayin Madeleine will do it, promising me to send a Proof of payment from Madeleine showing she did the payment. Still nothing on my account. But till this day, they tell stories everyday. Can someone step in and assist me? Now I understand why people say they’ve waited years for their deposit refunds. Seems like if you fold your arms and wait on them, you won’t get what’s due to you. I left the place spotless and have dated photos to show that.

Eumarie Snijders and ZelriProperties, please I want my money it’s been long overdue.
