Deposit refund run arounds!

Zelri Properties (Eumarie Snyders and Madelein) are playing run arounds when they are supposed to pay my deposit back. I’ve been talking to Eumarie Snyders almost everyday since April month started. First she pushed for my deposit to be refunded back to me, but things were messed up I only got not even half of my deposit due to me. Friday she said Madelein loaded the payment to bank and I should get my money in 24 to 48hrs due to different banks. I understand that, but shockingly she never sends me a proof of payment showing they really did the payment. Eumarie always says she will send it but never does, when it’s time for that proof of payment, she gives me excuses. I’ve been really patient woth Zelri and Eumarie. It’s been exactly 2 months of me singing the same song to them. The refund turnaround time is 21 days as per Zelri Properties but my matter took very long. I believe I received the amount they sent because I call and email them everyday. Now Eumarie and Madeleine are supposed to send the rest of my deposit, suddenly Madelein is on holiday and she’s the only one processing refunds. With Madelein on holiday or not, I want my money please. I will say this again, I’ve always been a good paying tenant to Zelri Properties, never skipped a month without paying. Everytime they debited my money for tent, it’s always been there, always. I left the unit spotless but I get hassles when trying to claim my deposit refund.

I moved out of Exodus Unit 21 on 28 February 2021 and still my refund is not fully paid.
