Deposit refund

My husband and I have been struggling to be reimbursed our deposit since the beginning of the SA lockdown due to the pandemic at hand. We obtained a letter from Zelri on the 20th of March 2020 accepting our notice to vacate but a month earlier than anticipated as we were supposed to move out the end of April but their letter stated 31/03/2020. With the national shutdown scheduled for 26th of March 2020 we had less than a week to move out. We managed to move out regardless and inspection was made on the 1st of April 2020 during lockdown... Till this day, we've called, emailed and physically visted their premises but our deposit is yet to be received...
