Deposit Refund

Zero stars for this company. Their caretaker conducted an inspection in my absence and handed it in at their office without my consent, after I tried to schedule a time for the Exit inspection that he couldn't comply with . Few days later I receive an sms regarding repairs under my deposit and when I contact the office to discuss whether or not this is legal they cannot answer me, spoke to Amelia, Alicia, they keep referring to Lizelle who is never available to answer the phone or reply to her emails, so really it's a circle of blame until to what end I'm not sure, I'm without my deposit for over 3 weeks, which is above the legal time period. I've been forced to take it up with tribunal in the hopes that they can assist this company that is clearly unable to conduct their duties.

Stay away from them, their service is horrible and their apartments aren't well maintained anyway, it's not worth the rent money. Plus it's mad unsafe there by them, random people come and go as they please, or hold the gate open after it's been opened by a legit resident. They never have time for their clients like it's not their daily job.
