deposit

We moved out of the flat late last month and I have been sending emails and calling these people but they keep transferring me to useless people,I want my deposit which I was told I'd get back when I move out,now my emails are being ignored and I am taking action by going 2 the police or any other way 2 report this matter,really not impressed.
