Delay on Payment of my refund deposit

<p>Morning</p> <p> </p> <p>I moved out of Wonderpark apartment No 1258( Pretoria North) on 30 January 2017 and since today I havent received my deposit refund back even though I provided Zelrie propoerties with all was required from me. I spoke to a Lay By the name of Michelle Nel fron their finance department last week and this week is not responding to my emails when I am requesting her the date I am going to recive my refund because there is nothing outstanding from me. Why is she avoiding me when I need my money? I am just tired of her silince because I am tracking my emails and I can see that she is reading them but not responding to me. Please helpout</p>
