******, only after your money

Terrible service ******. They don't want to pay back deposit when you leave the unit. I have been waiting for my deposit since January 2019 each time i phone they will tell me Lizlle Blignaut the lady in charge is not available. Now its 4 months i have been waiting . Today i phoned and the reception lady told me Shane the PA for Lizelle has more than 400 emails to respond so i must wait for my turn. Hellopeter where do we report such cases i am desperate to get my money.
